All SAFE airboards are designed and guaranteed by a high density DROP STITCH.
Thousands of wrapped fibres cross the inner part of the board, giving it a rigid shape, while the internal air creates pressure
And in the end, we get an extremely hard board.

SAFE designers have opted for the highest density to date in order to create a high-quality suffocation board with a stronger and sustainable structure that increases both durability and impact strength.

SAFE airboards are constructed of 3 layers of material.
The board, composed of thousands of lines, is covered outside by the first layer of the melted adhesion of PVC,
followed by a second layer that creates a very strong outer casing.
Finally, additional protection against the racider slip is added.
During the design of the board, the raids received maximum attention, knowing that it would depend on the behaviour of the board on the water.
The average rocker in the nose is reduced to the tail of the board by ensuring that the air surfboard has sufficient manoeuvrability on the small waves and makes it more comfortable to feel on the ocean waves.
